Gluten free… but so much more…

So I started out as just another little cafe on the high street in my home town of Penistone back in 2012. 

I’m gluten free (and dodgy with dairy and have so many more allergies and intolerances) so naturally as we’ve grown and developed I’ve stopped being scared of shouting out about how gluten free can be easy and yummy (apart from the bread, but that’s whole different science and story), and for those without intolerances or coeliac disease they can enjoy too… we have ‘muggle gluten filled bread’ and we have a small ‘gluten only area’ and the rest is safe for everyone.
