With the love of hospitality and working in hotels and restaurants, working as a chef and then to manage restaurants and hotels for over 30 year to the highest of standards, we decided to start our own business and put our knowledge and skills and the love of food and customer service.
Our focus is buying the best ingredients, sustainability being a part of our sourcing of ingredients, we only use Icelandic Haddock which is MSC (marine steward council ) sustainably caught, our potatoes are the best Lincolnshire potatoes which are freshly Prepared daily. We only use Sustainable Vegetable oil which is double filtered on a daily basis. we didn't want to be normal chippy takeaway, I Wanted to put my own twist and knowledge into the menu and have a specials board with
Some unique dishes from homemade pies with yorkshire ingredient to locally sourced Halloumi and local Ice Cream all produced within a 5 mile radius of our shop.
